Privacy policy

INPHOCAL B.V.

We process WhatsApp messages received and sent through our WhatsApp Business Account, which are synchronized into Odoo, for the purposes of customer support and business communication. This processing is carried out under legitimate interest in handling business inquiries.

We may also send outbound informational and marketing messages:

  • Based on consent, where such consent has been obtained; and

  • For B2B prospects without prior consent, only where permitted under legitimate interest and subject to an immediate right to object.

We do not sell personal data. WhatsApp/Odoo data is shared only with technical service providers acting as processors or where legally required.

Data is retained only as long as necessary and secured with appropriate measures.
Under GDPR you may request access, erasure, restriction, withdraw consent, or object to processing — including to marketing messages — by submitting a request to info@inphocal.com

Data Deletion Instruction

If you wish to request deletion of personal data processed via our WhatsApp channel and stored in our Odoo system, you may submit a request by emailing info@inphocal.com and specifying the phone number used for the WhatsApp communication. We will erase the data unless we are required to retain it under applicable law or regulatory obligations.

This processing is conducted in accordance with the GDPR, the UAVG, and applicable ePrivacy rules on electronic communications and direct marketing.
