Terms of Service — WhatsApp & Odoo Communications

1. Scope

These Terms apply when you communicate with INPHOCAL B.V. (“we”, “us”)through our WhatsApp Business Account. Messages exchanged may be synchronized to and processed in our internal Odoo system for customerservice and business correspondence purposes.

2. User obligations and acceptable use

You agree to use our WhatsApp channel only for lawful and relevant businesscommunication. You must not send content that is illegal, harmful, abusive,defamatory, misleading, or that could disrupt systems or infringe the rightsof others.

3. Information and responses

We provide responses through WhatsApp on a reasonable-effort basis.Information sent through WhatsApp is not guaranteed to be complete,accurate, uninterrupted, or continuously available. WhatsApp must not betreated as an emergency or guaranteed support channel.

4. Service changes and availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the WhatsApp communication channel orthe underlying Odoo integration at any time without prior notice.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, INPHOCAL B.V. is notliable for any loss, damage, or claims arising from or related to the use ofWhatsApp communications, including delays, transmission errors, or dataunavailability.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute arisingout of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the competentcourts of the Netherlands.
